Meet Our Team

Javier Pena

President

Javier Pena is the founder of Evergreen Pro Painting and has 10 years of experience in the painting industry. He founded Evergreen Pro Painting LLC in 2020 with the goal of offering the highest quality painting services. Javier prides himself on building lasting relationships with our customers and his vision of becoming the largest residential services contractor in Washington State.

Jorge Pena

Director of Field Operations

Jorge enjoys solving diverse and constantly evolving problems. With a lifetime of experience in the industry, Jorge is an expert in coatings and paint. Outside of work, his family is his number one priority. He enjoys loving animals and his passion for music, making him an excellent composer.

Alejandro Pena

Estimator

Alejandro has been with Evergreen Pro Painting for four years and enjoys the diverse team he works with, both colleagues and clients. With extensive experience in the painting industry, he has worked alongside his brothers on all types of residential and commercial projects. Outside of work, Alejandro stays active, working out at the gym, hiking, and enjoying extreme sports.

Rebeca Pena

Customer Service and Administration

Rebeca has been with Evergreen Pro Painting since January 2022. She enjoys supporting the family business, interacting with customers and each department in her position, and has a keen interest in the organization. Outside of work, Rebeca loves spending time with her dogs, her husband, and tending to her garden.

Jefferson Cabrera

Project Manager

Jefferson has been working at Evergreen Pro Painting since January 2023. He enjoys interacting with customers and the team. He’s passionate about the challenge of remodeling and restoring deteriorating homes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and staying connected with music.

Jose Angel Rubio

Estimator

Jose is approaching his third anniversary at Evergreen Pro Painting. He enjoys the company’s supportive culture, where everyone is genuinely dedicated to doing the best job possible, for both customers and team members. Jose specializes in painting and brings additional experience in sales management and training. He is also a medical student. Outside of work, his favorite activities are spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys singing and playing guitar.

Roberto Rubio

Project Manager

Roberto has been working at Evergreen Pro Painting since August 2022. He enjoys working as a team player, where everyone strives for success. With experience in drywall and painting, Roberto always looking for opportunities to create lasting memorie. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and cooking.

Mario Topete

Project Administrator

Mario has been working at Evergreen Pro Painting since February 2024 and enjoys chatting with satisfied customers. His professional interests include networking, and he’s always looking to build meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Mario loves playing the guitar.

Manuel Perez

Project Manager

Manuel has been with Evergreen Pro Painting for two years. He enjoys the uniqueness of each project and takes pride in bringing his clients’ visions to life. With experience in drywall, painting, and logistics, Manuel brings a wide range of skills to his position. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, running, camping, and spending quality time with his family.

Evergreen Pro Painting did an outstanding job staining my fence and pergola! Javier listened to my requests, offered advice and provided a complete contract that covered every detail. Angela, the office manager, kept me in the loop for scheduling and arrival times. Jeff and Fernando, the painters, were meticulous, carefully spraying and then back brushing the entire fence. (I’m pretty picky…) The job included some board and a post replacement, so it’s like I have a brand new fence! The color really enhanced my landscaping. Even when I called back for a couple of additional items, they responded the next day. They offered a very fair price with personalized service. I highly recommend their team!

Evergreen Pro Painting did an exceptionally high-quality job painting the exterior of my two-story home. There was plenty of upfront consulting and conversation. I was impressed by the thorough process and estimate sent out. The warranty was the best of any of the seven other high rated companies I considered, as was the value for the price. The preparation was thorough. Carpentry repairs were made that looked like new. Downspouts gutters were taken off to paint behind them. I was particularly impressed by the caulking technique which was thick, even and well done. Window and other cover-up left no overspray marks. They even included a roof cleaning in the job which was perfectly done. The body paint was thick, full and well covering. The white trim was even straight and flawless. There was minimal touchup after the paint job, much of which I wouldn't have noticed, but they did. The team was always friendly, responsive and a pleasure to have around, especially Javier, Jefferson and Fernando.
